Classes

My teaching style combines some longer holds in poses and vigorous flowing standing pose series, applying what I have learned from Ana Forrest and Baron Baptiste.

I include pranayama (breathwork), a core strengthening series in each class, and I always weave a theme to deepen the student’s understanding and experience of their practice.

I prefer to teach in a warm room if it is possible, to heat the muscles and move toxins out of the body.

I encourage my students to use compassionate care, listening to their bodies, creating an inner atmosphere of kindness and self-respect. 

We practice to increase our connection to our authentic selves and live this on and off the mat.
